Non-Refundable Booking Fee

A $30 non-refundable booking fee is required for all new clients and existing clients with future appointments. This fee must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance, including a 13% HST for e-transfer payments, will be due at the time of your appointment.

Booking and Confirming Appointments

Appointments can be booked and confirmed by contacting us via phone, email, or Instagram.

Arriving for an Appointment

To maximize the time for your service, please arrive at your scheduled appointment with a makeup-free face. If a cleanse is required, an additional fee of $10 will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Appointments are scheduled to allow sufficient time for high-quality results. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment time will not be extended.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Notices can be provided via phone, email, or Instagram..

If cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $30 booking fee will not be refunded, and a new booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information, including your name, phone number, and email, is collected solely to streamline client bookings and keep you informed about future promotions at J-Lashes416. We will never share your personal information with third parties.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any services. However, the J-Lash416 Guarantee is in place to address concerns. Please refer to the “J-Lash416 Guarantee” for more details.

In the event of an allergic reaction to our products, a refund will not be provided. However, we will remove the lash extensions free of charge at the earliest possible convenience.

Method of Payment

We currently accept cash and e-transfer as payment methods.

Please note:

  • HST applies to payments made via e-transfer.
  • No HST is charged for booking fees.

J-Lashes416 Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about the service you received at J-Lashes416, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we can assess the issue. Concerns raised after 72 hours will be subject to the full price of the service. For more details, please refer to the “Results” section.

Refills

When booking a lash refill appointment within 16 days or 17–23 days, please ensure you have 40%–60% of your lash extensions remaining on each eye after the removal of grown-out lashes.

If you’re unsure about how many lash extensions you have left, please send a clear picture so I can assist you in selecting the correct service.

If:

  • You can count the remaining lash extensions on each eye – or –
  • It has been more than 23 days since your last appointment,

a full set will be required.

Appointments are scheduled based on time, so if you book a refill but have minimal lash extensions left after cleanup, I may inform you that a full set is needed. This will incur the full set charge as it takes more time to achieve the desired fullness.

Results

Individual results vary based on the length, thickness, and volume of your natural lashes, as well as the type of lash extensions applied. Each client has unique eye shapes and natural lashes, so no two sets of extensions will look the same.

Results also depend on proper home aftercare. At every appointment, clients are provided with an aftercare instruction card to help maintain their lash extensions and ensure longevity. Following these instructions is essential for maintaining the best results.
